From the Southeast Asian country in the Western Pacific Philippines and from its capital Manila, Chicken Adobo is the most famous dish in their country.

Chicken Adobo is usually cooked slowly in vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves, crushed garlic, black pepper and you can add some potatoes. It’s best serve with white rice. Its variations is sweet-salty.

In the Philippines not only chicken can be cooked in adobo; they have pork, beef and sometimes seafood adobo dishes.
